Hidden behind old warehouse windows and a huge wooden door, lies an ambient world of Spanish style stone-flagged floors and real oak beams, where new world cuisine and old world atmosphere come together.
The architecture of Doran's Courtyard Bistro in Jersey is inspired from Old Spanish Tapas Bars with influences from the old Armada Fleet that wrecked itself on the Northern Coast of Ireland.
